McConnell Nationals Need To Trade Papelbon - RealGM Wiretap
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell Marquinhos Jersey , a huge Washington Nationals fan, says the club needs to trade Jonathan Papelbon.
"First of all, they need to get rid of Papelbon," McConnell told Politico. "Getting in fights with the most valuable player in the National League strikes me as not a team-building exercise."
A provision in Papelbon's contract allows him to submit an annual list of 17 teams to which he can't be traded without his consent.
